  • Une brioche artisanale La Fallue
  • 2 eggs
  • 30cl of milk
  • 20cl of liquid cream
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 3 balls of mozzarella
  • Serrano ham

Steps

 

  1. Slice your La Fallue artisanal brioche
  2. Mix the eggs, milk and cream and add pepper and salt
  3. Dip the slices of Fallue in this preparation
  4. Place the soaked Fallue slices in a buttered dish
  5. Cover with slices of Serrano ham and add slices of mozarrella
  6. Sprinkle with herbs and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°c in grill mode
  7. Enjoy it hot!
